Abstract

We reorganize seven residual obligations on the regular part of the prescribed conical spacetime of I-B, with the destructive-readout interface of I-C kept explicitly typed. The contribution is a source-qualified formulation of the earliest missing construction in each residual, not a solution of those residuals. Local proofs establish the host's failure of global hyperbolicity, the distinction between conservation and gravitational sourcing, and the sharp classical-output recovery floor 1 − 1/d in half-diamond distance. These established principles are attributed rather than claimed as new. The principal repairs concern invalid transfers: algebraic injectivity does not supply a continuous source intertwiner; an admissible-cone scaling estimate does not determine an excluded-stratum scaling degree; and a positive-core obstruction excludes a specified Ward-compatible target in a specified class, not the existence of all positive-core limits. We also distinguish the triangle contraction fixed conditionally by causal factorization from the mixed product carrying the pinch logarithm. The resulting seven-entry ledger keeps the missing metric identification, parameter-free evolution, and source-map domain separate from finite certificates, clock records, and prescribed geometry. Its potentially useful methodological feature is to expose the first unsupported identification before it is promoted into a physical conclusion. No new residual closure, gravitational dynamics, or spacetime emergence is claimed.
