V-DST Fixed-Time Responses, Classical Reports, and Quantum Return

Abstract
We give an access-sensitive reporting construction for the fixed-time scalar responses and finite compressions of V and V-B. The initial-surface Ward defect, compact curvature interpolation on a declared transverse-traceless plane, external linear retarded coefficient, mixed quadratic coefficient, and Newton–wave cubic form remain distinct objects. The main additions are quantitative interfaces between these objects and complete finite readout. We construct curvature-based classical transcripts with an explicit Gram-conditioning error bound. A joint sesquilinear-form cutoff estimate is converted, after a fixed finite compression, into an explicit linear diamond-norm estimate for the entire recorded instrument. For V-B's compressed cubic qubit we evaluate the exact optimal recovery errors at both access cuts: at measurement strength r, record-only access has error (3 − r)/4, whereas retaining the conditional qubit gives (1 − √(1 − r^2))/2. The universal classical-only floor 1 − 1/d, including its implementation-error weakening, is proved separately and is never applied after silently dropping a quantum residual. These calculations use established measurement and recovery principles; no priority claim is made for those principles. A conditional scalar echo calculation supplies robust deficit-sensitive report laws on the prescribed cone, not on I-D's Host B. We identify why neither local flatness, a resonance census, nor a null-energy-condition violation supplies the missing host-transfer theorem. The potential value is methodological: form-level distinctions, regulator errors, geometric information, and quantum return become separately testable claims. No continuum acquisition apparatus, Host-B echo evaluation, intrinsic Newton inverse, Einstein dynamics, spacetime emergence, or inherited characteristic quantum coefficient is constructed.
