Abstract
An informative classical record need not return an unknown quantum code. We develop this distinction into a common access framework for nine extensions of the destructive Enter interface on the prescribed conical host of I-B. The central quantitative result is a sharp resource law: if the complete message-bearing output consists of an arbitrary classical record and a quantum factor of dimension at most k, every deterministic decoder for a d-dimensional code satisfies F_e β€ k/d, 1/2βππ© β id β_{β} β₯ 1 β k/d, 1 β€ k β€ d. A finite-outcome construction attains both constants for every d, k. Branch-dependent dimensions, implementation allowances, and genuine path-space instruments are included. Version 2 strengthens the framework in four directions. Exact recovery requires accessible dimension at least d times the rank of the constant complete complement. Hybrid entropy separates monotone classical accumulation from nonmonotone quantum residual entropy. Continuous programming of one fixed finite reporting instrument yields a complete-channel limit without enlarging its declared quantum access. Finally, the distance between two binary-effect channels equals the operator-norm difference of their effects, giving a numerical, correctly directed comparison between observable reconstruction and whole-code recovery. Explicit weak, diffusive, jump, monitored-circuit, detector, packet-transfer, environment, reset, transport, and endpoint models instantiate the nine extensions. A conserving finite construction has identical entropy-history statistics for fixed pure probes but endpoint recovery errors 0 and 1 β d^{β2}. These results may support sharper audits of what records, residuals, and resources actually certify. The contribution is the explicit sharp synthesis and its application-specific separations, not a priority claim for Schmidt-number theory, continuous measurement, exact error correction, or Landauer balance. No continuum detector, measurement-induced transition, physical cosmological horizon, evaporation endpoint, Page curve, Einstein dynamics, or spacetime emergence is derived. O.1 on the cone remains texttt NOT_CLOSED.
