Abstract

Destructive measurement can support computation, sensing, and redundant classical witnessing without returning an arbitrary unknown quantum code. We give eight further finite extensions of the shredder-access framework, with complete instruments, declared residual ownership, and local proofs. The common sharp obstruction remains F_e ≀ k/d, 1/2β€–π’Ÿπ’© βˆ’ id β€–_{β—‡} β‰₯ 1 βˆ’ k/d when the complete accessible output is classical together with quantum blocks of dimension at most k. Exact recovery additionally requires accessible dimension at least d times the rank of the constant complete complement. These statements are re-established locally rather than imported from companion manuscripts. The principal application-level findings are explicit separations. A three-carrier authorized share of a five-qubit perfect code has an exact two-live-qubit streaming decoder but no one-live-qubit decoder under the stated delivery rules. A finite optical cutoff retains the same access obstruction, while cutoff error is exactly the discarded probability only for block-diagonal preparations; coherent tails require a different allowance. Redundant pointer records can become perfectly readable without returning logical coherences. A finite reservoir exhibits complete distinguishability revival and exact recovery-error oscillation with zero reservoir energy change. A destructive multiparameter sensor attains its classical Fisher bound while its classical output remains unable to return an unrestricted unknown code. Scheduled summoning examples separate feasible routing, deadline-limited quantum access, and independent-output impossibility. The contribution is an explicit, error-controlled synthesis of access dimension, executable decoder resources, finite reporting, and statistical precision across these settings. Its potential impact is methodological: apparently favorable records, spectra, memory revivals, or sensing precision can be evaluated without being mistaken for whole-code recovery. The underlying Schmidt-number, error-correction, Gaussian, statistical, and relativistic principles are credited; no priority claim is made for them. The metric, field realizations, clocks, and any Haar hypothesis remain inputs. No fault-tolerance threshold, infinite-dimensional capacity theorem, continuum detector, physical soft hair, inflationary geometry, Page curve, island, Einstein dynamics, or spacetime emergence is constructed. O.1 on the cone remains texttt NOT_CLOSED.
